I never used to be a huge fan of lipsticks and lip products, probably because I never had the nicest lips out there. But after years of avoiding it and having my makeup just not look right, I finally started playing around with different glosses, liners, lipsticks and the latest liquid lipstick trends. I finally realised that not everyone is blessed with plump Kylie Jenner lips and embraced the lips I've been given.
Today I've put together a list of some of my favourite lip products including liners, scrubs, plumpers, lipsticks, glosses and liquid lipsticks perfect for Winter. You'll probably soon notice a recurring love for nude colours that are just so perfectly matched to my very, very pale skin tone and for the colder months of the year.

Lipstick (High End)
MAC Brave $36.00AUD from MAC Cosmetics
So to start off my list of favourite lip products, I begin with my latest lip purchase - Mac's lipstick in Brave. The formula of these lippies are just so perfectly smooth and I may sound a bit strange saying this, but they even smell kind of delicious!
Seeing that I have super pale skin, I really wanted to find that perfect, rich nude that didn't make me look washed out, nor look over the top on my somewhat small lips. I needed something subtle and something that would compliment my fair skin tone and this lipstick does just that! Another favourite of mine from MAC is Velvet Teddy - it's more of a brown/deeper nude whereas Brave is more of a deep ashy pink.

Lipstick (Drugstore)
Maybelline Tantalizing Taupe
$17.95AUD from Priceline
Honestly, if you have never tried this lipstick then you are seriously missing out. I wish I had of found this lipstick sooner because it's now my #1 favourite of all time! (Drugstore & High End)
This lipstick by Maybelline was a part of their Stripped Nudes collection and it is the most wearable nude tone I have ever used. The formula is extremely creamy and feels moisturising on the lips - goes with any outfit and looks great on all year round! I love it so much that I have 2 at home in my makeup collection and 1 in my handbag with me at all times. It's my absolute holy grail!

Lip Scrub
Lush Bubblegum Lip Scrub $9.95AUD from Lush
I first purchased this lip scrub back in December last year (2015) when I was up in Melbourne visiting my good friend Ed Sheeran (I wish) as he was playing concert up there. Among my massive shopping haul was this delicious (yes, I licked it) bubble gum lip scrub from my favourite store, Lush!
I have used this lip scrub almost 100 times by now and it barely looks like I've touched it. It kind of reminds me of my childhood when I open the jar, the bubblegum scent is just so yummy! The scrub itself makes my lips so soft and removes all that dead skin before I apply my lip products. And what a bargain!

Lip Liner
eBay Nude Pencil Liners $2.00AUD on eBay for 12 pack
Out of all the lip liners I own, these nude shades from a 12 pack I got off eBay are always the ones I reach for first. For $2AUD (which works out at $0.16 each) these pencil liners at the bomb! The pack comes with a few dark, a few red and even an orange shade (which aren't really my style) but can we just appreciate the nudes?! The liners themselves may not have the prettiest packaging like Too Faced or Urban Decay, but they're just as silky to apply and pigmented as those previously mentioned.

Liquid Lipstick
Colour Pop Ultra Matte in Shimmy $6.00USD from Colourpop
Even though I do prefer normal lipsticks, I would have to say that the liquid lipsticks by Colourpop really are great. I usually prefer to wear these with a lip balm underneath just because they are just so, so matte and can flake a little without it. For $6USD, you really can't go wrong with these liquid lipsticks! I've also tried their satin lips range in the liquid lipsticks but I think I prefer the matte out of the two - Midi and Shimmy are definitely my favs!

Lip Gloss
NYX Butter Gloss in Tiramisu $11.00 from ASOS
Have you ever tried a lip gloss that is really just your lip colour, but better? Well, that's what this NYX Butter Gloss in Tiramisu is for me - it's the best! I've had my butter gloss in 'Tiramisu' for over 12 months now and I feel like it will never run out! These glosses are so soft & buttery (well I guess it's in the name isn't it) and they smell absolutely delicious! It's the best during winter when my lips are all dry too!

Lip Plumper
Soap and Glory Sexy Mother Pucker XL $18.00 from Mecca
I used to be so scared of lip plumpers when I was younger because I could never work out what the point of using them was when you end up with burning, red hot lips! Makes me laugh looking back on this because now I almost enjoy the sensation. I usually prefer to apply a layer of lip plumper before I do my makeup and remove it when I'm finished - allowing maximum time for the plumper to work.
Now we all know that lip plumpers can't take you from having no lips to Kylie Jenner but Soap & Glory have really done a great job with this product and it's lasting forever!

So that wraps up my favourite lip products for Winter 2016 - I hope you enjoyed it and don't forget to shoot me a message on my Instagram with any of your favourites for this years chilly season.
